From the client requirements, off-the-shelf component selection, and fitment exercises, the Brooks team refined the design in CAD to prep for final machining and the 2022 SEMA show at which the project was launched.
Rapid prototyping (3D FDM Printing) was utilized to quickly iteration through design and fitment concepts. This led to fast learnings and adjustments to improve the product prior to utilizing more expensive machining in Aluminum to check how the complex assemblies worked as a total package.
